RHPOA Meetings
The Board of Trustees meet monthly during the year on the last Thursday of every month (unless a Holiday is in conflict – see schedule below) at 6:30pm in the Community Room at The Montville Township Ronald F. Bischof Administration & Safety Services Center (6665 Wadsworth Rd. at the corner of Wadsworth Rd. (Rte 57) & Poe Rd.). A standing agenda (view standing agenda) is utilized to maximize the effectiveness of the meeting. Residents wishing to attend open session or attend and address the Board will be asked to sign in upon arrival. Time is reserved at the beginning of the meeting for residents wishing to address the Board. Residents are asked to limit their formal presentation to 5 minutes. Please be punctual as the meetings will start at 6:30pm sharp. Residents will be asked to be excused prior to the start of any Executive Session. Executive Sessions are closed sessions and are used by the Board to discuss sensitive financial and legal matters.
