1. Our 2025 Association dues are due on February 28, 2025. Please send your dues using the 2025 Dues Form (view 2025 Dues form) or you may also use the PayPal feature at the bottom of this page at no cost to you. If your 2025 dues are postmarked by February 28 or are paid on PayPal by February 28, you will be entered into a raffle for a free Rustic Hills wood mailbox.
2. Montville Township has new property maintenance requirements which are enforceable by Montville Township and are as set forth in the Montville Property Maintenance Code (view Montville Property Maintenance Code). Significant fines can be levied by Montville for non-compliance. The RHPOA Board supports these maintenance requirements and will be forwarding all complaints by residents to the Montville Code enforcement team.
3. Please consider joining Nextdoor RHPOA. It is a website similar to Facebook and is open only to Rustic Hills residents. Please check the Nextdoor RHPOA tab above for more information.
4. Plans for all external structures that are to be built or modified need to be submitted to the Associations architectural control committee for review prior to submittable to Montville Township and or Medina county for permits. This includes sheds. Please click on the Architectural Control tab above for more information.
5. Most RHPOA homes have a residential sewage pump station in the yard. This sewage pump station manual (view sewage pump station manual/instructions) will answer many questions that you may have, especially if you get an alarm (audible and red light). If you have an alarm and it doesn’t go out, call the Medina County Sanitary Engineers’ office (330-723-9585). They are always very responsive and are responsible for the operation of the pump itself.
6. When replacing your mailbox please consider staying with the traditional Rustic Hills wood box. Plans for the mailboxes are available (view mailbox instructions). The paint color is “Russet” by Behr.
