Per the Bylaws (Code of Regulations) (view Bylaws), the Board consists of 7 Trustees, all with a term of three years. There are five Area Trustees (view area map) and two at large Trustees. Every year, either 2 or 3 elections are held. This alternating approach to the number of elections each year helps transition of new trustees onto the Board. Directly after elections the Trustees vote internally for a President, Vice president, Secretary and Treasurer.
