Bylaws (Code of Regulations)

RHPOA is operated under the Bylaws (Code of Regulations) (view Bylaws). The Bylaws set
forth the administration of RHPOA as well as the authority of the Board. The Bylaws are recorded with Medina County per Ohio Revised Code 5312.

The RHPOA Board requested that residents approve at the annual meeting on March 6, 2016 changes to the Bylaws. The proposed changes were accepted by an 82% positive vote of the residents in good standing that attended the meeting.

The deed of each lot In Rustic Hills contains restrictions as set forth in the Deed Restrictions
(view deed restrictions). The Deed Restrictions are included in this webpage as a service to help ensure that all residents are aware of them. The RHPOA supports these restrictions and request that all residents comply with them.

Montville Township has new property maintenance requirements which are enforceable by Montville Township and are as set forth in the Montville Property Maintenance Code (view Montville Property Maintenance Code). Significant fines can be levied by Montville for non-compliance. The RHPOA Board supports these maintenance requirements and will be forwarding all complaints by residents to the Montville Code enforcement team.
